SCM 350i Machine

Meet the latest in circular saws from SCM. The SCM px 350i machine is a new addition to the family. SCM is a legend in the world of woodworking. They have a long history, dating back to 1935, when Nicola Gemmani and Lanfranco Aureli, mechanical and foundry-work experts, began working together. In 1952 they produced their first woodworking machine. Not long after came the famous “invincible B4”, which could perform four types of machining: surface planing, thickness planing, disk sawing, and punching.

Advantages of the SCM class px 350i

This has a new saw unit and is built as a rigid structure which allows, easily, a perfect cut of veneered or solid wood panels, at both 90° and tilted up to 46°. It comes with a simple and rapid programmed movement with the “Ready” mobile control panel. This machine is superior to most on the market due to its ease of use for the operator which makes it very efficient.

Thanks to the double powered and programmed rear stop, a quick and precise work piece positioning is ensured. This gives the user an immediate positioning. It’s very easy to setup and accurate for the operator using it.

It has a sturdy and reliable telescopic squaring fence, with the tilted metric scale towards the operator, and the 2 reversible stops: panels squaring up to 2500×3000 mm (3200×3200 mm as an option).
